Singer-songwriter Jack Schneider performs live in a songwriter session at the Ford Theater inside the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.
Jack Schneider plays a songwriter session at the Ford Theater on Saturday, October 17, from 12:00 to 12:45 PM. It's a short, 45-minute set, so it's an easy one to fit into a Saturday morning.
If you've heard his name but aren't sure where he fits, he's a singer-songwriter who spends a lot of his time on the road. He plays guitar in the touring band of Country Music Hall of Fame member Vince Gill, and the two of them opened for the Eagles on their 2024 tour, The Long Goodbye. He's also opened for Gordon Lightfoot, the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, and Ricky Skaggs, and he's currently touring as an opening act for Tommy Emmanuel.
He's been stepping out on his own, too. He made his solo debut at the Grand Ole Opry in 2022 and released his solo album, Streets of September, in 2025. This session is a chance to hear him as a songwriter rather than as part of a larger touring production.

Beyond the stage, he's just taken over Cinderella Studios, Nashville's oldest and longest-running independent recording studio, which was opened by 'Nashville Cat' Wayne Moss in 1961. So he's working on both sides of the glass these days—playing the shows and running the studio.
The Ford Theater is inside the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum at 222 Rep. John Lewis Way S. Admission is free for Museum members; non-members need to purchase Museum admission. You'll also need a program ticket for the session. It runs from 12:00 to 12:45 PM on Saturday, October 17.
