Kristina Webb and Saundae Rowe are hosting R&B Brunch - Denim Fly: Denim & R&B at City Winery on Saturday, October 10. It's part of the Denim & R&B series the venue has been running, and this particular edition leans hard into the theme: they're asking guests to turn up in their finest denim.
The afternoon pairs live R&B performances and soulful sounds with a DJ, denim-inspired fashion and vibes, and cocktails and wine. It's billed as a brunch experience where food, live music, fashion and R&B culture come together in one room.
City Winery is in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood near downtown, and it's a fully seated venue that pairs live entertainment with full dinner service and award-winning wines. Over the years, the room has hosted names like Keb' Mo', Rodney Crowell, Shawn Colvin, Emmylou Harris, Lyle Lovett and Allison Moorer. The venue is primarily 21+, with reserved seating and table service throughout.
