A late-night chocolate, cheese and Cognac celebration on the open-air terrace at Bacco, following The Big Night Sunday Supper.
Bacco is hosting the Parisian Nights After Party on Sunday, October 25, starting at 9 PM. It's a late-night chocolate, cheese, and Cognac celebration held on the Terrazza, Bacco's outdoor terrace, which they're turning into a 'Chocolate Wonderland' for the occasion.
The party follows The Big Night Sunday Supper, a four-course, family-style dinner built around whole duck. That meal is the work of Michelin-starred chef Christophe de Lellis of Mamani in Dallas and sommelier Alex Burch of Bad Idea, and it's priced at $225 per person. The after party is the sweet, slow-down that comes after.
Once you're on the terrace, the focus shifts to desserts, candies, and confections from Four Seasons pastry chefs Hector Llompart and Jonathan Pereira. There's a curated counter of French and Italian cheeses to pair with, and Cognac tastings led by Hennessy Paradis global ambassadors. Live entertainment runs throughout the night, so you can linger over the food and drinks rather than rushing through.
