Free 45-minute spotlight on Grand Ole Opry fiddle player Eamon McLoughlin, part of the Museum's 'Live Music Every Weekend' series.
Eamon McLoughlin is the focus of a Musician Spotlight at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum on Sunday, November 8, from 1:15 to 1:45 PM. It's a short, 30-minute set in the Ford Theater, located inside the museum at 222 Rep. John Lewis Way S.
If you've spent any time around the Grand Ole Opry, you've likely heard McLoughlin's fiddle; he's a member of the Opry house band, which puts him on stage with a huge range of artists. The names he's worked with run from pop stars like Sabrina Carpenter and Post Malone to country staples like Jeannie Seely. He's also on the road with Rodney Crowell and Emmylou Harris, and he spends time in the studio with Kaitlin Butts, Anderson East, Toby Keith, Ashley Monroe, and Hailey Whitters.
Beyond the session work, he fronts his own band, 50 Shades of Hay, which plays around Nashville, and he holds a weekly residency at the Station Inn with the group New Monday. The spotlight is part of the museum's 'Live Music Every Weekend' series, which runs every weekend and is included with museum admission.
