Live Trivia

Live Trivia is back at TailGate Brewery Music Row on Thursday, October 15, and it's part of a run that keeps going through the fall. The night is hosted by Challenge Entertainment, and they've got it scheduled for the next few Thursdays: October 22, October 29, November 5, and November 12.

If you haven't run into them before, Challenge Entertainment does interactive game nights at bars, breweries, and restaurants all over Nashville and the surrounding areas. They work with a few different formats—Singo is music bingo, Music Match is music trivia, and Pub Poll is a live-action game played in the style of Family Feud. This particular night is Live Trivia, so it's the classic trivia setup you'd expect: questions, answers, and a bit of friendly competition with whoever you bring along. The nights are free to play, and they hand out prizes like gift cards, free food, and drinks for the winning teams.

Beyond the casual pub nights, they also run the National Trivia Leagues, a competitive circuit that goes from January 1 through December 31, so if you're the kind of person who likes to track your standing over the long haul, there's a whole other layer to get into. They also do customized private and corporate events with professional hosts, so if you've got a group that wants their own dedicated night, that's an option too.

It's a low-stakes way to spend a Thursday evening—grab a few friends, find a table, and see how much random knowledge you've actually retained. Trivia starts at 7 PM at TailGate Brewery, 1538 Demonbreun St (Music Row), Nashville, TN 37203, and it's free to play.
