Country-rock concert by KC Johns at Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row in Nashville.
KC Johns plays Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row on Monday, October 12, with the show starting at 8:30 PM. It's a country-rock set from a singer who's spent the last few years working her way through the Nashville circuit.
Johns was born in Memphis and raised in Hernando, Mississippi. She's been playing since she was a teenager, putting together her first band by 17 and moving to Nashville in 2017. For a while, she performed with Carnival Cruise Lines, and she's opened for Luke Bryan, Chris Young, Randy Houser, Trailer Choir, and Morgan Wade. That touring has taken her to stages like the Texas Motor Speedway, the Big As Texas Festival, HWY 30 Music Fest, and Country Cruisin'.
Her sound draws from a few different places. She's named after KC and the Sunshine Band, and she cites Led Zeppelin, Stevie Nicks, and Sheryl Crow as influences. In 2022, she released the album Thunder, and along with it, her own whiskey, Thunder Mesquite Smoked Bourbon, which took home Best Bourbon and Best of Class at the Sunset International Spirits Competition in 2024 and 2025.

Since then, she's put out a string of singles. 'Rodeo Queen' went viral and has passed 1.9 million streams, and it's about her rodeo-raised upbringing. That was followed by 'Break From The Heart' in 2025, and then 'Best Seat in The House,' a tribute to her late grandfather released in the autumn of 2025. You'll likely hear those on the setlist alongside material from Thunder.
It's a Monday night show at Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row in Nashville, starting at 8:30 PM.
