Joe Jordan presents his debut album 'The Heart Sessions', a collection of songs about love, heartbreak, and healing.
Joe Jordan plays Exit/In on Friday, November 6, at 7 PM. He's touring his debut full-length album, The Heart Sessions, which came out on August 18. It's a collection of songs about love, heartbreak, and healing, and he describes it as the most honest thing he's ever created. The record doesn't stop there, though; it also touches on addiction, depression, faith, and forgiveness.
Jordan is a singer-songwriter from Woonsocket, Rhode Island, who spent years writing for other artists before launching his own career in 2023. He signed with Atlantic Records in 2024, later returned to releasing music independently through Mountain Road, and in 2026 partnered with the New York City boutique label Rix Records. Since then, he's passed 50 million streams, sold out shows across the country, and played his first overseas date in London. This fall, he's out on his first full headlining tour, and the Nashville date is part of that run.
