A horror-inspired tiki pop-up at Chopper with spooky decor, themed drinks and classic Halloween movies.
Hulaween took over Chopper in East Nashville on Thursday, September 29, and it's still running. It's a horror-inspired tiki pop-up that completely changes the bar for the season: the usual research lab vibe is gone, replaced by spooky decor, cobwebs, and classic Halloween movies playing on the big screen. The drinks come in themed mugs that you can actually buy and take home, so if you're into collecting, that's a good reason to stop by.
The menu leans hard into the season. There's the Jack o' Lantern, a pumpkin spice cocktail meant for two, and the We're All Mad Here, which they describe as a drinkable seasonal peanut butter pie. Between the drinks, the movies, and the decor, the whole place is built around the Halloween theme rather than just adding a few pumpkins to the counter.
