Dusty Slay's Grand Ole Comedy Show

Dusty Slay is bringing his Slay All Day Tour to Zanies on Tuesday, November 24. It's a stand-up comedy show, and Slay is the main feature, performing as part of the national tour he's taking across the country.

If you haven't caught him before, Slay is a Nashville-based comedian who grew up on Lot 8 of a mobile home neighborhood in Opelika, Alabama. He says he's been making people laugh his whole life, and the city has noticed: Nashville Scene named him Best Comedian in 2019, and Variety listed him as one of its 10 Comics to Watch that same year. He's a regular on the national circuit, with a Comedy Central Stand-Up Featuring episode that premiered in May and appearances on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Last Comic Standing, Laughs on Fox, and the Grand Ole Opry. He was also featured in the third season of Netflix's The Standups and appeared on Lights Out with David Spade.

There are a few things to keep in mind before you head out. The show is for ages 18 and over, and there's a two-item minimum per person from the menu, so come prepared to order a couple of drinks or snacks. They also use Yonder bags for cell phones, which means your phone stays locked away for the duration of the set. Doors open at 5:30 PM, and the show starts at 7 PM. Tickets are $31.75.
