Dave Chappelle comedy show, Karmageddon Tour, phone-free show at Bridgestone Arena.
Dave Chappelle brings his Karmageddon Tour to Bridgestone Arena on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 7:30 PM. It's one stop in a seven-arena run that stretches from October through November 6, closing at Madison Square Garden on the opening night of the New York Comedy Festival. Nashville is one of only seven cities on the bill.
If you're not already familiar with the name, Chappelle is an American comedian, actor, screenwriter, and producer who's spent decades at the center of the conversation. He first made a huge mark with the sketch comedy series Chappelle's Show, which became one of the best-selling TV-on-DVD releases of its time. Since then, he's put out several Netflix comedy specials and made a string of guest appearances on Saturday Night Live, earning two Emmy Awards for his work there. In total, he's picked up five Emmys—three for those Netflix specials—and six Grammy Awards for Best Comedy Album, including one for The Dreamer in 2025. He also holds a place in SNL history: his 2025 monologue ran 17 minutes, the longest in the show's 50-year run.
Beyond the comedy, he's been recognized with the Kennedy Center's Mark Twain Prize for American Humor in 2019 and the NAACP President's Award in 2025. This tour is a rare chance to see him live in a room this size, especially given how few dates he's playing.

One thing to keep in mind before you head out: this is a designated no-cell-phone show. They use Yondr pouches, so your phone goes locked away for the duration of the set. It's a phone-free room, which means you'll be watching the show rather than recording it. The show starts at 7:30 PM at Bridgestone Arena.
