Bri Bagwell

Bri Bagwell plays Dolly Parton's Songteller Hotel on Thursday, November 12. She's coming in from New Braunfels, Texas, and she's not exactly a newcomer to the scene—she's been named Texas Female Artist of the Decade and has taken home Female Vocalist of the Year nine times. On Texas Country Radio, she's put thirteen singles at number one.

People Magazine has put her in the same conversation as country truth-tellers like Ashley McBryde and Morgan Wade, and that's a good place to start if you're trying to figure out where she fits. Her album Corazón y Cabeza (Heart and Head) produced three of those number-one singles: "Trenches," "Free Man," and "Hello Highway."

She's a working musician, playing around 100 shows a year. Along the way, she's shared the stage with Willie Nelson, Miranda Lambert, Robert Earl Keen, Kacey Musgraves, Reckless Kelly, and Dwight Yoakam. When she's not on stage, she hosts the podcast ONLY VANS.
