Andrew Peterson brings his heartfelt blend of folk, Americana and faith-centered songwriting to the historic Ryman Auditorium.
Andrew Peterson is playing two nights at the Ryman Auditorium on Sunday, December 6 and Monday, December 7, 2026. Both shows start at 7 PM.
Peterson is a singer-songwriter who works in folk and Americana, and he's billed here as a Christian folk and contemporary Christian artist. His songwriting centers on faith, and the two nights are back-to-back, so you've got a couple of chances to catch him if one date doesn't work for you. The set will be his own—no opening act listed—and the music draws comparisons to Matt Maher, Jason Gray, Sandra McCracken, Rich Mullins, The Arcadian Wild and Caedmon's Call.
He's playing the Ryman, which most of us know as the Mother Church. It opened in 1892 and has hosted generations of artists from across the board—Dolly Parton and Johnny Cash, but also Coldplay and Taylor Swift. It's a venue that's seen just about every genre there is, and Peterson fits right into that tradition of songwriters taking the stage.
