Concert by the San Diego indie pop and rock trio almost monday at the intimate Nashville venue Exit/In.
almost monday play Exit/In on Friday, October 30, at 8 PM. They're a San Diego indie pop and rock trio — Dawson Daugherty on vocals, Luke Fabry on bass and keys, and Cole Clisby on guitar — who first showed up in 2020 with the single "broken people," which climbed into the Top 20 at Alternative Radio.
Their 2021 EP 'til the end of time gave us "live forever," a track that picked up praise from Alternative Press, Forbes, People, GQ Australia, Earmilk, Flaunt and Ones To Watch, and they followed it with "cool enough." The band made their festival debut at Lollapalooza, BottleRock and Firefly, and have shared stages with Kings of Leon, Dayglow, Walk The Moon and Joywave. 2022 brought "sunburn," "sun keeps on shining" and the fan favorite "cough drops," along with a sold-out North and South American tour alongside The Driver Era and appearances at Governor's Ball, WonderBus and Innings Festival. Their album Dive leans on California-inspired melodies and danceable grooves, and the band has earned San Diego Music Awards nominations.
