Country music concert featuring Alexandra Kay and Henry Cho at the historic Grand Ole Opry House.
Alexandra Kay plays the Grand Ole Opry House on Tuesday, November 17, with Henry Cho opening. She's on her third headlining tour of the year, Second Wind: The Tour, which follows the release of her sophomore album, Second Wind. If you've been following her since the debut, you'll hear that record alongside the new material.
Kay is a country singer from Waterloo, Illinois, and she's moved fast since starting out. Her debut album, All I've Ever Known, came out in 2023 and hit #1 on the iTunes All Genre and Country charts worldwide, and it landed in the Top 10 of Billboard's Country Album, Emerging Artist, and HeatSeeker charts. She's signed to BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville, and Pandora named her to their '2025 Artist to Watch: Country' list. She headlined her own tour in 2024, joined Jelly Roll on his Beautifully Broken Arena Tour, and had a song on the GRAMMY-nominated Twisters movie soundtrack. This tour is her third headlining run of the year, so she's spent a lot of time on the road lately.
Between the touring, she's also opened her own coffee shop, The Coffee Girl, back home in Waterloo. That's a nice bit of grounding for someone who's been spending so much time on stage and in the studio. The Opry date is part of the Second Wind tour, so the set will lean on the new album, though the older songs from All I've Ever Known should still make an appearance.
