Adam Craig, Jordan Walker & Adam Sanders

Adam Craig, Jordan Walker, and Adam Sanders are playing The Listening Room Cafe on Saturday, October 17. It's a songwriters' night, which means they'll be performing their own songs rather than a full band set. The three of them share a stage, each taking turns to play their material.

If you've spent any time around Nashville, you've likely heard their work without knowing their names. Adam Craig moved here from Washington in 2004 and has landed cuts with Jason Aldean, Dustin Lynch, Montgomery Gentry, and Love and Theft. Jordan Walker, from Vernon, Texas, co-founded the duo Walker McGuire before writing hits for Luke Combs, Cody Johnson, and Kane Brown. Adam Sanders has penned number ones for Dustin Lynch and Cole Swindell. Between them, they've written for some of the biggest names on country radio, so the songs they'll be playing are the ones that usually end up recorded by someone else.

The venue has a bit of a story, too. Chris Blair started The Listening Room Cafe in 2006 in historic Franklin, and it quickly became a local favorite, with Music Row songwriters calling it "the Bluebird Cafe outside of Nashville." Blair moved it closer to downtown Music Row, into the historic Cummins Station building, in September 2008, where it built its reputation and attracted the city's biggest songwriters. After four years there, he closed to build out a new space and celebrated a grand re-opening on February 9, 2013, in the downtown SoBro district, from where the venue has since grown to national attention.

It's a Saturday night in SoBro, and the show starts at 8:30 PM. With three writers on the bill, you'll get a good cross-section of what they've been working on.
