Girl-fronted circus punk band The Rat Utopia Experiment plays Underground Music Venue - Cafe with support from Gauze.
The Rat Utopia Experiment are playing Underground Music Venue - Cafe on Tuesday, October 20, with Gauze opening. It's a girl-fronted punk band coming in from Washington state, and they've been calling themselves the Pacific Northwest's favorite circus act since 2022. The 'circus' part of the description is something they lean into, so it's a punk show with a bit more on the stage than just the music.
The lineup is the band's regular crew: Phia on vocals, Francis on bass, Maddox on lead guitar, Drix on rhythm guitar, and Christian on drums. With two guitars and a dedicated rhythm player, there's a full sound behind the vocals, and the whole thing is presented by Underground Music Venue. It's an all-ages show, so you can bring along anyone you want.
