Minnesota Timberwolves vs Los Angeles Clippers

The Minnesota Timberwolves take on the Los Angeles Clippers at the Target Center on Friday, October 30, 2026. It's a regular-season NBA game, so it's the Timberwolves playing at home in Minneapolis, with the Clippers coming in from the West Coast. Tip-off is at 7 PM.

For those who follow the league, this is a matchup between two teams that have spent the last few seasons fighting for ground in the Western Conference. The Timberwolves have built their identity around a strong defensive front, while the Clippers have leaned on their star power and perimeter play. Seeing them face off in person gives you a better sense of how those two styles clash than watching on a screen ever will. It's the kind of game where the flow can shift on a few big plays, and since it's a Friday night, the atmosphere in the building usually carries a bit more energy than a mid-week game.

If you're planning to go, the Target Center is right downtown, so you've got plenty of options for dinner or drinks before the game starts. Getting there early is usually a good call, especially on a Friday when traffic around the arena can get thick. The game tips off at 7 PM, and the Timberwolves are the home team, so the crowd will be behind them throughout the night.

Tickets are available through the Target Center, and you can find the full schedule and more details on their website. It's a Friday night game in the heart of the city, with the Timberwolves hosting the Clippers at the Target Center, starting at 7 PM.
