The store sells antique lighting, stained glass, mantels, hardware, doors, windows, metalwork, plumbing and cabinetry, all taken from older buildings. Items are grouped by style and era, with collections such as Lourdes Hall, Tudor Revival and Art Deco. The listings give a sense of the prices. An ornate Art Deco pendant with a stenciled skyscraper shade, from around the 1920s and made of cast iron, steel and glass, starts at $1,250. A plaster wall panel with an alpha omega and lamb design and gold mosaic, also from around the 1920s, is listed at $895. An exterior quarter view door with Mackintosh rose leaded panes, from around the 1920s, is priced at $3,650. The listing says its original contractor was M. Schumaker, who also worked on the Foshay tower, and that the design is attributed to Elmslie.
Besides selling pieces, the shop offers antique furniture restoration and salvage sourcing. Lights can be professionally rewired so they are ready to hang, following UL standards.
