Indie-rock band Ocean Colour Scene celebrate the 30th anniversary of their classic album Moseley Shoals, with The Enemy as special guests.
Ocean Colour Scene play the AO Arena on Saturday 28 November, part of a 13-date UK and Ireland arena tour that runs from Glasgow's OVO Hydro on 21 November to Birmingham's bp pulse LIVE on 12 December. The tour marks the 30th anniversary of Moseley Shoals, which came out in April 1996 at the height of Britpop. The set will draw on highlights from that record, alongside catalogue songs like 'Hundred Mile High City', 'Travellers Tune', 'Better Day' and 'Profit In Peace'.
Moseley Shoals hit number two on the UK Albums Chart, went triple platinum and spent 92 weeks there, and gave the band singles like 'The Riverboat Song', 'You've Got It Bad', 'The Day We Caught The Train' and 'The Circle'. That same year, Oasis invited them to be their special guests at Knebworth, where they played before 125,000 people. Formed in Birmingham in 1989, Ocean Colour Scene became a cornerstone of British indie, with multiple Top 10 albums and 17 Top 40 singles.
