A stage adaptation of two classic tales of terror, bringing to life horrifying spectres, restless souls and evil secrets, performed by Adam Z. Robinson.
Deepest Fears runs at HOME from Wednesday 4 to Friday 6 November, with the show taking place in Theatre 2. It's a stage adaptation of two classic tales of terror, brought to life by Adam Z. Robinson, who both adapted and performs the piece. The production is billed as The Book of Darkness & Light, and it promises to pull out horrifying spectres, restless souls and evil secrets from those old stories.
If you're not familiar with the venue, HOME is the arts centre in First Street that opened in 2015, born from the merger of the Cornerhouse and the Library Theatre Company. It's a multi-disciplinary space that produces, commissions and presents work across film, theatre and visual art, so it's used to hosting a fair mix of things under one roof. This particular run is tucked into Theatre 2, one of the smaller stages inside.

With the show running across three nights, you've got a few dates to choose from: Wednesday 4, Thursday 5, and Friday 6 November. It's a short run, so if you're planning to go, it's worth picking your night early rather than leaving it until the last minute. It's a one-man show, with Adam Z. Robinson handling both the adaptation and the performance, taking two classic horror tales and bringing them to the stage.
