Back in early October, The Warehouse Project unveiled the line-up for the second part of its 20th anniversary celebrations. The party, called 20 Years of The Warehouse Project – Part 2, takes place on Saturday 19 December at Depot Mayfield and runs for around ten hours across four rooms: the Depot, the Concourse, the Archive and the Vault. The Vault is the newest space, opened for this season. Tickets went on pre-sale at 9am on Friday 9 October, with general sale opening at midday the same day, and the event is now listed as sold out.

The Depot room is headlined by Carl Cox, with Chris Stassy, Seth Troxler, Chloé Caillet, 2ManyDjs and Delilah also on the bill. Over in the Concourse, Mall Grab, Ewan McVicar, Effy, Krystal Klear, Dan Shake, Ella Knight and Gina Breeze will be playing. The Archive has Dr Banana, Call Super, Ryan Elliott, Katia Curie, Papa Nugs and Eich & Spinelli, while the Vault features Dusky, George FitzGerald, Krysko & Greg Lord, Jasper James and Aletha. Fans who follow the club's regulars will recognise several names from earlier nights this season.
The Warehouse Project started in 2006 at the old Boddingtons Brewery in Strangeways, with Public Enemy opening the first night. The club then moved between several venues, including the railway arches at Store Street, Victoria Warehouse in Trafford Park and, since 2019, the former railway depot at Mayfield, which is now its largest home. The 2026 season began in September and has seen most of its dates sell out or come close to it. According to the founders, Sam Kandel and Rich McGinnis, 2027 will be a short breather, with a bigger programme expected to return in 2028. Part 2 is one of the last big chances to catch the club in its current form before that break.
