Climb the stadium's roof walkway to the golden cockerel and walk a glass platform 46.8 metres above the pitch, with an optional abseil down.
The Dare Skywalk is running year-round at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, though it closes on match days, so you'll need to check the fixture list before you book. It's a walk for two, and the whole thing takes you up the exposed walkway of the stadium's tensile roof, all the way to the golden cockerel — a 15ft 3D carbon-fibre scan of the original metal bird. At the top, there's a glass walkway 46.8 metres above the pitch that opens up 360-degree views across the London skyline. You're led by an experienced climbing guide who fills in the gaps with bits about the stadium and the city around it as you go.
All the climbing gear is supplied, but there's a rule about what you can take up: personal belongings, including cameras, have to be left in lockers, and you'll sign a waiver before you start. The route can be taken as a straightforward walk, or you can upgrade to 'The Edge', the UK's first controlled descent from a stadium, which adds a 42-metre abseil back down to ground level — you can go either facing forwards or backwards. It's not suitable for pregnant participants or anyone who suffers from vertigo.
