Sky Bet Championship football match between Millwall and Lincoln City at The Den.
Millwall took on Lincoln City at The Den on Saturday 17 October, a Game Week 11 clash in the 2026/27 Sky Bet Championship season. It was a 12:30pm kick-off, broadcast live on Sky Sports+, and it ended in a 2-2 draw after a bit of a rollercoaster afternoon.
Lincoln City arrived in a tough spot. They'd lost three Championship games on the bounce, including a heavy 6-0 defeat to West Ham United, so they were playing with plenty to prove. For the first half, it looked like they'd found their form; they went into the break leading 2-0, and for a while it seemed like they might hold on for a surprise away win.
Millwall, though, didn't let it slide. The Den has historically been a fortress for them, and manager Alex Neil had made it clear he expected that kind of performance from his side. They spent the second half fighting their way back, eventually clawing it back to 2-2 and sharing the points.
