South London Derby football match between Millwall FC and Charlton Athletic FC at The Den, part of the Championship 2026-2027 season.
Millwall FC take on Charlton Athletic FC at The Den on Saturday 19 December, a South London Derby that carries a bit more weight than your average league fixture. It's part of the Championship 2026-2027 season, and with these two as historic rivals, it's the kind of match that tends to be more competitive and high-energy than a standard mid-season game.
Both clubs bring a passionate fan base to the table, and that rivalry is exactly what makes this one a bit different from the rest of the calendar. It's a local clash in every sense, and when these two meet, the game usually takes on a life of its own. This time around, it's an early kick-off, which should keep things focused and high-tempo from the first whistle as both sides look to assert dominance early on.
One thing to keep in mind before you make plans: this is a home game with no away fans allowed, so it'll be a Millwall crowd throughout. If you're looking for something a bit more than a standard seat, there's hospitality available on the day, including the No.11 Lounge — an all-inclusive VIP option that starts from £215 per person. Otherwise, it's a straight-up derby in the heart of South London.
