360-degree dance and acrobatic spectacular adapted from the film Magic Mike, directed by Channing Tatum, at the historic Hippodrome Casino.
Magic Mike Live is playing at The Hippodrome Casino on Friday 27 November, part of its ongoing London run. It's a 360-degree dance and acrobatic spectacular, conceived and directed by Channing Tatum and adapted from the film Magic Mike (2012) and its sequel Magic Mike XXL (2015). The stage is set up in the round, so you're watching from all sides rather than from a single front-facing row.
It's been around for a while now. It launched in Las Vegas in 2017 before touring venues across the world, and the original London run kicked off in 2018. Since then, it's drawn over 300,000 people in the city and more than a million worldwide. Glamour Magazine UK called it one of the best experiences London has to offer.
For the show, the Hippodrome Casino theatre was transformed into a 325-seat room with its own bespoke entrance off Cranbourn Street and a specially curated lounge and bar. The show is billed as a night that empowers women by giving them a place where their desires are heard and they're treated like goddesses.

The venue itself has a long history in the West End. It opened in 1900 as a circus and variety venue, was rebuilt as a music hall in 1909, became the nightclub The Talk of the Town in 1958, and reopened as The Hippodrome Casino in 2012.
