London Regions CAPITAL OPEN 2026

The London Regions CAPITAL OPEN is coming to Redbridge Sports Centre on Saturday 5 December. It's a sports event put on for the London Regions, and the centre is in Ilford, so it's a bit of a trek out east if you're coming from central London, but easy enough if you're already in the area.

For those who don't know the spot, it's the Redbridge Sports Centre, run by the Redbridge Sports Centre Trust Ltd on Forest Road, Ilford, IG6 3HD. It's a proper community sports hub, so you'll be in the thick of it rather than some polished arena. The event itself is the Capital Open, the main feature of the day, and it's open to the London Regions, which gives you an idea of who'll be competing.

If you're planning to head along, tickets start from £50. It's a Saturday, so it's a good one to keep in mind for a December weekend when you're looking for something to do in the city.
