Handball all-star showmatch with exhibition matches from local clubs and a kids handball training session at Copper Box Arena.
London Handball All-Stars takes over the Copper Box Arena on Wednesday 30 December 2026, starting at 12:00. It's a full day of handball that brings together the past, present and future of the sport in one place, so it works as much for families as it does for anyone who follows the game.
The day starts with the younger ones: a kids' handball training session where young players work with handball legends and active players. Once that's wrapped up, the main event takes over with an All-Star Showmatch played in two fast-paced 30-minute halves. It's built around goals, skill and crowd interaction, so it's more of a show than a standard league match. Around that, there's a series of exhibition matches featuring top talent from local handball clubs, which puts the community side of London handball on display and lets you see familiar faces from across the city on the same court in a casual setting.

Between the kids' session, the exhibition matches and the All-Star game, it's a long stretch of handball from the morning through the afternoon. If you're taking children, the training session is the early part of the day; if you're just there for the sport, the showmatch is the centrepiece. It's all happening at the Copper Box Arena in East London on Wednesday 30 December, with the first session kicking off at 12:00.
