Intimate solo concert by Brazilian singer-songwriter Adriana Calcanhotto, revisiting songs from her career with just her voice and guitar on the Voz e ViolĂŁo tour.
Adriana Calcanhotto plays The Clapham Grand on Monday 19 October, a London date on her Voz e Violão tour. It's a solo show, and the title gives it away: voice and guitar. That's the whole of it — Calcanhotto on stage with nothing more than her voice, her guitar and her songwriting.
She's one of Brazil's most celebrated singer-songwriters, and this is a stripped-back set in which she revisits songs from across her award-winning career. The Voz e ViolĂŁo tour is built around that same intimate format, and the London night is presented by the venue itself. If you've followed her work, this is the version of it that gets closest to the songwriting.
Doors and bars open at 6:30pm, and the show runs from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. Tickets are unallocated, so you'll take your seat when you arrive. Stalls are ÂŁ59.90, the Circle is ÂŁ49.90, and the Upper Circle is ÂŁ31.96. The Royal Box for Three was ÂŁ71.96 and is already sold out.

Two things to keep in mind before you book: under-18s must be accompanied by an adult over 21, with a maximum of two under-18s per adult. And the upstairs bar isn't wheelchair accessible — it's reached by eight flights of stairs to the fifth floor. The Clapham Grand is at 21-25 St John's Hill, Clapham Junction, London SW11 1TT.
