The Spine is a 14-storey building in Paddington Village, in the heart of Liverpool's Knowledge Quarter. It is the northern home of the Royal College of Physicians and is recognised as a world-leading example of biophilic architecture. It was completed in May 2021 as the flagship project of Liverpool City Council's Paddington Village development.
