Paint and Sip

Love & Rockets is hosting a paint and sip session on Monday 2 November, with the evening starting at 18:00. The venue is at St. Michael's Hamlet in Liverpool.

If you've never been to one, the format is straightforward: you get a canvas, some paints, and a drink in hand, and you spend the session painting along with everyone else in the room. It's less about the finished piece and more about the process of doing it with a drink beside you, so it works whether you've spent your life sketching in the margins of your notebooks or you've never touched a brush before. You don't need to bring anything with you, as the materials are provided on the night.

It's a Monday evening, which puts it on the quieter end of the week, and the 18:00 start means it's an early one — something to keep in mind if you're heading there straight from work. Love & Rockets is tucked into St. Michael's Hamlet, so it's a bit of a different spot from the usual city centre hubs, and the session runs on Monday 2 November.
