Lexus Junior International - TE 14U Cat 3

The Lexus Junior International returns to the Liverpool Tennis Centre on Sunday 1 November, with the TE 14U Cat 3 event kicking off at 09:00. It's a junior tournament, so the courts will be full of under-14s competing over the course of the week rather than a one-off afternoon. The action doesn't stop after the first day either — the tournament runs right through to Sunday 8 November, so if you're following a particular player, there's plenty more to see beyond the opening rounds.

For those who don't know the terminology, 'TE 14U' stands for Tennis Europe Under-14, and 'Cat 3' is the category of the event. It's part of the Lexus Junior International, which brings together young players from across the region. Because it's a week-long affair, the early rounds on that first Sunday are just the start of a longer stretch of matches.

If you're heading down to watch, the Liverpool Tennis Centre is over at L15 4LE in Lancashire. It's a proper tennis hub, so you'll find plenty of courts in one place rather than having to hop between different sites. The first matches start early, from 09:00 on Sunday 1 November, and the tournament continues through to Sunday 8 November.
