University races day party with an all-day dancefloor, seven races on the track and transport, at Aintree Racecourse.
INVADES is back at Aintree Racecourse on Saturday 5 December, bringing its Christmas races day party to the home of the Grand National. It's a return to the same ground that hosted a sell-out event the previous year, and this time it's themed for the season.
The party takes over the grounds with its own INVADES Day Party Enclosure and an all-day dancefloor, so the music runs alongside the racing rather than waiting for the last race to finish. There are seven races on the track throughout the day, and the INVADES content crew will be filming across the whole thing. It's a day that works as both a races day and a party, with the two running in parallel.
It's billed as the UK's biggest-ever uni races day party, and the crowd reflects that: more than 10,000 students and alumni from across the North West, including the University of Liverpool, Liverpool John Moores, Liverpool Hope, the University of Manchester, MMU, University of Salford, Edge Hill University and the University of Lancaster. If you're coming from one of those, you'll be in good company. INVADES also stages day parties at stadiums across the UK, USA, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, so this is part of a much larger operation.
