Weekly Saturday daytime disco with 1990s and 2000s music, drag queens, live cabaret, top DJs, go-go dancers and mascots.
FunnyBoyz host another Daytime Dysco at DYSCO Liverpool on Saturday 31 October, starting at 14:00. It's part of a regular run, with the disco taking place every Saturday from 2pm to 8pm, so if you're around on a weekend afternoon and fancy something a bit more than a pub lunch, this is one of the easier ways to do it. The whole thing is built around the 1990s and 2000s, and it's a daytime affair, which means you're in and out well before the night properly kicks off.
What goes into a session is a fair bit more than just a DJ. The format brings together drag queens, live cabaret acts, top DJs, go-go dancers and mascots, all running through the afternoon. It's a mix of things happening at once rather than a single act taking the stage, so you can move between the dancefloor and the cabaret as you feel like it. The music stays firmly in that nineties and noughties territory, and the entertainment follows suit.

It's held at DYSCO Liverpool, 27 Stanley Street, L1 6AA, in the city centre. Entry is £5, and if you're going with a group, there's a VIP package for £15 that gets you a booth and Prosecco. For those who want to lean into the afternoon, the Bottomless Booze Up is £21 for 90 minutes of unlimited fizz. The session runs from 14:00 to 20:00, so you've got six hours to work with, and you're home by eight.
