Drag Race UK Season 8 Hosted Viewing Party

Tonight Josephine is hosting a viewing party for Drag Race UK Season 8 on Thursday 29 October, starting at 19:00. It's a hosted night, with Kiki Pain on the mic to lead the viewing, so it's more of a social thing than just watching the episode on your own. The venue is on Hanover Street in the city centre, right in the middle of things.

They're billing it as Liverpool's rowdiest Drag Race UK watch party, and that gives you a fair idea of the energy they're going for. If you're into the show, it's a chance to catch the latest episode with a crowd rather than from your sofa, with Kiki Pain keeping things moving throughout the night. It's a hosted event, so you've got someone on the mic rather than just the episode running on a screen.

Entry is free, which makes it an easy one to drop into. There are drinks deals running from 9pm: 2-for-1 cocktails and a single spirit and mixer for £2.50. If you're planning on staying for a few, those deals kick in a bit after the start, so you've got the episode first and the drinks deals to follow. The whole night is strictly over-18s, so keep that in mind if you're bringing a group.

To recap: it's Drag Race UK Season 8 at Tonight Josephine, 87-89 Hanover Street, L1 3DZ, on Thursday 29 October from 19:00. Entry is free, hosted by Kiki Pain, and the drinks deals start at 9pm.
