Afternoon of high-energy music, games and a prize gameshow hosted by two drag queens, as a pre-party for over-eighteens.
Drag Queen Extravaganza is running at DYSCO Liverpool on Saturday afternoons throughout the autumn, with dates on 24 October, 31 October, 7 November, 14 November, 21 November and 28 November. Every session starts at 16:00, so it's a daytime thing rather than a late one.
The afternoon is built around two drag queens taking to the stage for high-energy music, hilarious games and a Wheel of Fortune-style gameshow with prizes up for grabs. It's billed as a pre-party experience for hen parties and night-out celebrations, and it runs for about three hours, which is plenty of time to get the party started before the evening properly kicks in.
On arrival, everyone gets a complimentary glass of prosecco or a shooter to set the mood. It's strictly for over-eighteens, and you'll need a valid photo ID to get through the door, so make sure you've got yours on you.
