ABBA-themed cocktail masterclass with demonstrations, tastings and a singalong soundtrack, where guests create and name their own drinks.
DYSCO is hosting an ABBA-themed cocktail masterclass on Friday 23 October, with Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! as the theme. It's a drag-hosted session that runs for about an hour, mixing cocktail-making demonstrations and tastings with a soundtrack of ABBA singalong favourites. You'll get to make and name your own drinks, and if you're the guest of honour, you'll get to make your own as well.
The whole thing is built around the music, so expect the ABBA hits to run through the session. Between the demonstrations and the tasting, you'll be making your own cocktails and giving them their own names, with the guest of honour taking a turn at the bar too. It's as much about the singing along as it is about the drinks.
They're encouraging everyone to turn up in ABBA-inspired outfits, so if you've got sequins, flares or platform boots, this is the time to bring them out. It's a good excuse to go all out on the dress code, and you'll likely be in company.
