Free in-person workshop for school business leaders across Yorkshire to meet face-to-face and tackle challenges in schools, chaired by Lucy North.
Yorkshire school business leaders are getting together at the Elementary Technology Experience Centre in Yeadon on Wednesday 21 October, from 9am to 3pm. It's an in-person day for school business leaders to step away from their desks and talk face-to-face about the challenges they're dealing with in their schools. The whole thing is organised and chaired by Lucy North, and it's billed as Yorkshire's top school business event.
Rather than a set of presentations, the day is shaped as an interactive workshop built around the attendees' own challenges and aspirations. The agenda covers digital technology, strategic risk beyond the risk register, estates and operational readiness, and Martyn's Law. Because it's a workshop, the conversation is driven by the people in the room rather than a fixed script, so the focus shifts to whatever is most pressing for the group on the day.
