Workshops to create Victorian-style Christmas cards at the Leeds Industrial Museum, included in admission.
Leeds Industrial Museum is running Victorian Christmas card workshops from Sunday 29 November through to Sunday 13 December, so there's a good window to fit it in. The whole point is to make your own Christmas cards in the Victorian style, which means you'll be spending a bit of time with paper and pens rather than just clicking a button on a screen. It's a proper sit-down activity, and you walk away with something you've actually made yourself.
Because it runs for a couple of weeks, you've got plenty of dates to choose from. If you're planning your Christmas posts early, it's a decent way to get a head start on the cards you'll be sending out. You'll be working in the museum itself, so you're making them right in the middle of the collection, which fits the Victorian theme better than a random community centre would.

There's no separate ticket for the workshops, and they aren't on sale as a standalone thing. They're included in admission, so as long as you've paid your way into the museum, you're sorted. It's a good one to pair with a wander through the rest of the building, since you're already there. The workshops run from Sunday 29 November to Sunday 13 December, so you've got a fair few weekends to pick from.
