Toronto trio Theo Vandenhoff, led by Theo Klaver, brings its goth-adjacent blend of art pop and Northern England metal to The Attic.
Theo Vandenhoff plays The Attic on Wednesday 3 February, with doors opening at 19:30. It's a headline show, so the night is built around them.
Theo Vandenhoff is the pseudonymous project of frontman and lyricist Theo Klaver, who's backed by Callum Crombie on guitar and Tom Nixon on bass. They're based in Toronto, and the trio describes their sound as a mix of the sardonic European art pop of Klaver's heritage and the metallic cacophony of Northern England, where Crombie and Nixon grew up. They call the result a goth-adjacent style that's at once nostalgic and contemporary, and they keep the whole thing staunchly DIY.
Their debut album, Saviour On The Spilled Blood, came out in April 2026 on Artoffact Records, so this date sits well into its life. If you've been following the record since it dropped, this is a chance to hear it live.
