Black-tie gala dinner with drinks reception and awards celebrating the successes of Yorkshire businesses.
The Yorkshire Post Business Awards return to New Dock on Wednesday 11 November, running from 6:30pm to 10:30pm. Now in their 21st year, the awards recognise a cross-section of businesses and the role they play in Yorkshire's economic success, with companies honoured for recovery, innovation or effective promotion. This year's ceremony is described as a sell-out, with more than 350 guests from across the region expected to attend.
It follows a successful 20th anniversary held at the same venue, which drew more than 300 people and saw Yorkshire Building Society, UKREiiF and Farmer Copleys among the winners. Chris Burn, head of business and features, says the awards night is 'always a great occasion' to celebrate the successes of businesses and colleagues. The evening combines a complimentary drinks reception and a three-course meal with the awards themselves, and the dress code is black tie.
