Relaxed, hosted social run by the Leeds group Paradise Glitch, with three hosts, table games and hot drinks at The Head of Steam.
The Sunday Reboot is at The Head of Steam on Sunday 25 October, from 1 pm to 5 pm. It's a hosted social run by Paradise Glitch, a Leeds group for people who want to get out and make friends they genuinely click with, as an alternative to the usual social script of 'what do you do?'. Three hosts, each with their own personality, welcome guests and help with introductions, letting conversations find their own pace with no script and no pressure to be anyone other than yourself.
The room is a reserved area for up to 25 people, and digital darts, shuffleboard and a few table games brought by the hosts are on the table, joining in optional. Hot drinks can be bought separately at the bar. Beyond the Sunday Reboot, the group plans to add more formats as it grows: social mixers, sober socials, smaller deep-dive conversations, women-only events and evenings that carry on into a night out. It runs on the principle of being kind and respecting people's boundaries, and coming on your own is welcome.

It's a relaxed afternoon in the city centre, and since the hosts handle the introductions, you don't have to worry about the awkward part of walking into a room where you don't know anyone. The games are there if you want them, but you're just as welcome to stick to the conversation. The Head of Steam is at 6 Park Row, Leeds LS1 5QL, and the session runs from 1 pm to 5 pm on Sunday 25 October.
