Christmas concert of favourite festive classics with a live band, dazzling performances and festive visuals, recommended for all ages.
Step Into Christmas returns to Leeds Grand Theatre on Friday 4 December, as part of the venue's 'Wintertime' season. It's a Christmas concert built around the classics you've heard a thousand times, carried by a live band and festive visuals. The show runs for about two hours, including an interval, so it's a full evening rather than a quick stop.
It's recommended for all ages, though parental guidance is advised. There are a few things to keep in mind before you book: the show uses flashing lights, strobe lighting, mist and loud noise, so if any of those are a problem for you or anyone you're bringing, it's worth knowing that beforehand.
One of the better things about the Grand is how accessible it is. There's an accessible toilet, audio description, baby changing, British sign language, captioning, a hearing aid loop and wheelchair access, and guide dogs are welcome. If you're coming with a group that has different needs, that's a lot of the boxes ticked in one place.
