Stand-up show 'Unleashed' by Simon Brodkin, the comedian behind the BBC series 'Lee Nelson's Well Good Show', at the Leeds Grand Theatre.
Simon Brodkin plays Leeds Grand Theatre on Tuesday 1 December, part of his Unleashed tour. If you've come across his name but aren't sure where to place him, he's the stand-up behind the BBC series Lee Nelson's Well Good Show, built around the cheerful chav character he's been playing since his solo debut in 2004.
He made his name with the kind of high-profile pranks that are hard to ignore: showering FIFA president Sepp Blatter with cash and handing Prime Minister Theresa May her P45. His previous tour, Screwed Up, ran for 170 dates around the world and finished with three sold-out nights at London's Hammersmith Apollo. Unleashed is billed as his biggest tour yet, so this is a proper full-length show rather than a short set.
