Spooky one-off Halloween gig by Shut Up Sally with support from Glass Frogs and Vanity Children at Headrow House, with a 14+ policy.
Shut Up Sally play Headrow House on Thursday 29 October, a one-off Halloween gig they're putting on themselves. They're a South London trio who've been gaining a fair bit of attention lately, coming off a sold-out headline show at Hyde Park Book Club earlier in the year. Their sound pulls from rock, jungle and electronica, pairing haunting guitar lines with powerful dreamscape vocals.
They've got two support acts on the bill. Glass Frogs bring operatic vocals and psychedelic soundscapes, while Vanity Children go for explosive punk/rock energy mixed with playful lyricism. Between the three, the night covers a lot of ground — from the more atmospheric and psychedelic to the louder, punkier end of things.
Because they're the ones presenting it, the whole thing is framed as a spooky, one-off Halloween show rather than just another date on a tour. It's a 14+ night, so it's fine to bring along younger teens if you're heading in with them.
