Free monthly meetup for property investors, developers and professionals to network face-to-face and share deals.
The Property Deal Network is back in Leeds on Thursday 22 January, with their next meetup running from 7pm to 10pm at Manahatta Greek Street. It's a free monthly get-together for property investors, developers and professionals who prefer to do business face-to-face, and the format is kept deliberately simple: some people bring deals, others bring capital, and everyone networks directly. There are no front-of-room presentations or pitches to sit through, so the evening is entirely about the conversations you have around the room.
That mix is what usually makes it work. You'll find first-time investors alongside portfolio landlords, with sourcing agents, brokers, solicitors, architects, accountants and marketers in the middle. The talk tends to settle on the latest investment trends and the transactions actually being made, so it's more about what's happening on the ground than high-level theory. If you're looking for a specific type of professional to add to your team, you're likely to find them here.

The Leeds chapter is part of a wider network that runs across several UK cities and internationally, including London, Birmingham, Porto, Toronto, Melbourne and San Francisco, so it's a local branch of a much larger community. The venue, Manahatta Greek Street, is a cocktail and wine bar in the city centre at 29 East Parade, about a five-minute walk from Leeds station, which makes it easy to get to whether you're coming from within the city or travelling in. Entry is free, and it runs from 7pm to 10pm on Thursday 22 January.
