PROJEKT

PROJEKT is back at Home Nightclub Leeds on Saturday 24 October, and it's a good one to keep on the radar if you're out in the city that night. It's part of their weekly run, so if you've been before, you know the drill: two rooms running at once, each with its own vibe, so you can drift between them rather than sticking to one spot all night.

Arena 1 is the house room, with resident DJ Myles Robinson on the decks. It's the bigger production of the two, built around a VOID sound system and a fair bit of stagecraft: forward-thinking lighting, pyrotechnics, giant LED screens, and CO2 and confetti cannons. They describe it as the North's biggest weekly indoor house music experience, and they book a mix of internationally renowned artists and the next generation of house talent, so the line-up changes from week to week.

Arena 2 is the Projekt RnB room, hosted by DJ Dom, which covers RnB, hip-hop and urban music. It's a different energy from the house in the main room, so if you're not feeling the 4/4 beat, you can head in there for the urban side of things. Between the two, you've got house in one and RnB in the other, both running under the same roof.

It kicks off at 22:30 and runs through until Sunday morning, so it's a proper late one. Tickets are £4 to £8.50, and if you're bringing a birthday, a social or a large group, they offer free entry and free drinks. Home Nightclub is at 117 Albion St, LS2 8DY, right in the centre of town.
