Moova social fitness session mixing mat Pilates and partner work with a glass of wine and snacks, strictly 18+.
Carly Bateman is leading a Pinot & Pilates session at Left Bank Leeds on Thursday 22 October, starting at 6.15pm. It's a Moova social fitness event, and the name gives you the general idea: a Pilates class followed by a glass of wine.
The session itself is a mix of individual mat-based exercises and partner work, with the latter designed to get people talking to the people around them rather than just staying in their own bubble. It's set to music in a dimly lit, warming room, so it's more about the mood and the social side than a bright, clinical gym environment. Mats are provided, though you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Your ticket covers the one-hour session, a free glass of wine — white, rosé or red — and protein-packed snacks from The Curators, plus a brand giveaway. It's strictly 18+, so the wine is a proper part of the deal rather than an afterthought. Between the class, the drink, and the snacks, it's a full evening out rather than just a quick workout.
