Creative writing workshop for over-18s to find your own voice, led by D3 Creations at The Wardrobe.
D3 Creations are running a writing workshop called Pen Power! - Words that Move! at The Wardrobe on Thursday 26 November, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, with doors opening at 6:15pm. It's a two-hour session held in the heart of the city, at 6 Saint Peter's Square.
The workshop is led by D3, the creative space founded by working artist Denetta Copeland. D3 describes itself as a place for voices to be found and stories to be shared, and it runs creative writing workshops, manages events, and builds platforms to help people find their confidence through art. Pen Power! is aimed at secret poets, 'bathroom singers of words', and anyone looking for more confidence in how they speak and write. It's not about 'perfect' grammar, but about finding your own unique voice, worked through creative exploration, inspiration, and real-world writing techniques in a small, supportive group.

It's an over-18s session, and spaces are capped at 15, so it stays a small group rather than a large class. General admission is £15, and there's a 'Bring a Buddy' option for £9 — two spots for the price of one if you want to drag a friend along. Doors open at 6:15pm, and the session runs from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at The Wardrobe, 6 Saint Peter's Square, Leeds.
