18+ experimental club night with headliner Blood of Aza, supported by Princess Elf Bar and Stolen Velour, with live visuals and strobes.
Blood of Aza headline Wharf Chambers on Friday 30 October, as part of Pareidolia:04 (Nightmare Mode). It's the fourth iteration of the project, staged on the cusp of Halloween and pitched at 'Highest Difficulty', where the audience is invited to explore audio-visual anomalies and try to survive Pareidolia.
Blood of Aza is known for blending dark, atmospheric sounds with noisy pop edits and disturbing post-internet tracks, weaving together everything from soothing MIDI lullabies and speaker-blowing club edits to hell-raising ambient soundscapes. The night is supported by Princess Elf Bar and Stolen Velour, described as two of the North's finest in experimental club music. On the visuals, uyayu provides live visuals and strobes alongside CamReal of ClubRealΒ³.
There's a limited run of Pareidolia merchandise available, with profits donated in support of Palestine. Dress-up is encouraged, and there's a prize for best dressed. The event is supported by the Early Career Promoter Fund, managed by PRS Foundation and funded by Arts Council England using Supporting Grassroots Music funding from DCMS.
