Live night by the duo Or Sobre Blau, with support from Rowan & Friends, Popstar, Superstar and Fakie & Friends, at Hyde Park Book Club.
Or Sobre Blau play Hyde Park Book Club on Friday 15 January, with the night presented by Private Regcords and Jonny McCall. The duo is Andreu G. Serra, who also records as Ubaldo, and Kiran Leonard. They'll be joined by Rowan & Friends, Popstar, Superstar and Fakie & Friends.
The set comes on the back of their new album, Making Friends (STROOM, 2026), which they describe as a huge leap forward in ambition and focus. It's a record that darts between misshapen free blues, chamber folk and blasted-out drone feedback, and reads as a reflection on a decade of friendship. If you're not familiar with their sound, it's recommended for fans of Owls, Aerial M, Tacoma Radar and Crescent.

It's a full bill, so the main set is just one part of the evening. Rowan & Friends, Popstar, Superstar and Fakie & Friends all share the stage, and the room has a capacity of 150. The night is presented by Private Regcords and Jonny McCall, and it starts at 7:30 pm. Tickets are from £7.00.
